Itinerary

9:30 am – Welcome at the Winery

We will welcome you at Douloufakis Winery at 9:30 am.

After getting ready with your vineyard team T-shirt, straw hat, shears, lunch box, and water, we will take you to the vineyard being harvested that day in our pick-up truck.

Vineyard Harvest

Once we arrive at the vineyard and join the harvesting team, we will give you a brief introduction and show you how to cut the grapes safely and correctly. Then, it’s your turn to get involved and experience the harvest firsthand.

11:00 am – Lunch Break

At 11:00 am, we will take a break and enjoy a light lunch together in the shade of the vineyard.

After the break, we will return to the winery by pick-up truck.

Winery Tour

Back at the winery, we will take you on a guided tour of our facilities, explaining the winemaking process step by step—from the arrival of the grapes at the winery to the different stages of fermentation, maturation, and bottling.

Wine Tasting at Arismari Vineyard

We will then head to our Arismari vineyard, where, under the shade of the pergola, you will enjoy a guided tasting of six wines from our winery.

2:30 pm – Return to the Winery

At 2:30 pm, we will return to the winery, where you will have the opportunity to visit our wine shop and browse our selection of wines.
