CRETAN OLIVE OIL TASTING
This service is optional and serves as a complementary addition to the “YAMAS” experience.
It is conducted after the wine tasting and includes a tasting of some of the finest extra virgin olive oils from Crete.
The flight consists of three olive oils sourced from different regions of Crete, each representing the unique characteristics of its area. Visitors will explore the differences in the fruity, bitter, and spicy flavors and learn about ideal food pairings that enhance their qualities.
